 Below are a few important things to note:

Travel

A travel fee is applicable to all off-site bookings. Clients must provide accurate travel and parking details to prevent delays and additional costs. Travel is calculated from the SL Hair Craft studio as follows:

Tier 1: 0–30km: $90

Tier 2: 30–60km: $180

Tier 3: 60km+: $180 plus $2 per km thereafter

Distances are determined via GPS using the most direct route. If the travel time to your location or venue exceeds 2 hours, an overnight accommodation fee may apply. In this case, a decision will be made at the time of booking.
Parking costs are additional.

Public Holidays


I’m more than happy to accommodate bookings over public holiday weekends. However, a 15% surcharge will be added to the total invoice.

Early Starts

For bookings requiring a start time before 8:00am, an early morning fee of $50 per hour applies.

Deposits & Payment

To ensure your special day is locked in with the care and attention it deserves, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed and your date will not be held until this deposit has been received. Once your deposit is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email welcoming you officially to the SL Bridal experience.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your booking date, allowing me to focus fully on making your day flawless and unforgettable.
